Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and leveraging Microsoft Cloud technologies to enhance business processes? We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and proactive Microsoft Technology Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.
In this role, you will take ownership of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring optimal functionality, security, and user adoption. You will collaborate with business units to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and deliver innovative solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure solutions.
Drive rollout and adoption of new technologies, including Copilot and Power BI.
Manage SharePoint Information Architecture, including intranet, departmental sites, and collaboration spaces.
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SharePoint Online.
Establish and enforce governance policies, security standards, and best practices.
Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and solutions, including backups and security audits.
Provide training and ongoing technical support for Power Platform and SharePoint tools.
Stay current with latest Microsoft technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
Collaborate with business units to drive automation and adoption.
Monitor usage and performance, generating actionable reports.

Requirements
Technical Skills

Proven experience administering and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.
Strong knowledge of Power Automate for building automated workflows.
Understanding of security best practices for user access and permissions.
Familiarity with SharePoint Online administration tools.
Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Automate with other systems (a plus).

Experience

Strong understanding of Azure and Microsoft Stack, including Intune, O365, AIP.
5+ years of experience administering SharePoint and/or related collaboration platforms.
Experience automating business processes using workflow tools.
Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions models, workflows, and Power Platform integrations.
Experience developing and enforcing governance frameworks.

Additional Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and support.
Ability to analyze business needs and deliver actionable solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Microsoft technologies.

Desirable

Certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
Experience with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive).
