This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines.This is a temporary position for an initial 3-month period, fully office-based in Belfast city centre.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end recruitment administration processesPost job advertisements across relevant platformArrange interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managersPrepare interview documentation and packsIssue offer letters and support onboarding processesMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsAssist with contract preparation and employee documentationSupport absence tracking and general HR record keepingEnsure all documentation is compliant with GDPR requirementsRespond to HR-related queries in a timely and professional mannerProvide administrative support to the wider HR teamAssist with HR projects and process improvementsMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive informationThe PersonPrevious experience in a recruitment or HR administrative roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelAbility to handle confidential information with discretionAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPackage & BenefitsContract: Temporary (3 months)Location: Belfast City Centre (fully office-based)Hours: Full-time, standard office hoursHow to ApplyTo apply for this role, submit your CV via the application form provided.
