About The Role Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations across bar, restaurant, and events.
Lead and mentor management and frontline teams to ensure service excellence.
Drive revenue growth through effective planning, marketing initiatives, and local engagement.
Stock management.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing laws, and company policies.
Maintain high standards in customer service, cleanliness, presentation, and staff training.
Recruit, onboard, and develop staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Deliver consistent operational improvements and support long-term business goals.
