Drive innovation and scalability in a medical device company as a Senior Electronic Engineer. This role involves supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, process development, and collaborating with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive NPI efforts, including design transfer and collaboration with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
* Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with technical specs and quality standards.
* Support process development, DFM/DFT strategies, and test systems for manufacturing scalability.
* Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and verification/validation activities.
* Maintain documentation to support regulatory compliance and production readiness.
* Troubleshoot complex issues during both development and production phases.
* Mentor junior engineers and provide cross-functional technical leadership.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
* 7+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and production ramp-up.
* Proven success in NPI and working with regulated manufacturing processes.
* Strong grasp of embedded systems, sensor integration, and analog/digital circuit design.
* Proficiency with design tools like Altium Designer and hands-on experience with lab test equipment.
* Excellent analytical, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Experience integrating camera modules or working with imaging systems.
* Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other regulated quality systems.
* Knowledge of DFM/DFT principles and scalable design practices.
* Scripting or firmware experience a bonus.
