Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise sales in designated area by establishing strong relationships with retailers and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities for growth, and address any operational issues.
Requirements:
* FMC field sales experience with a proven track record of selling to independent retailers.
* Proactive and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Possession of a full driving license and ability to work independently.
* Able to demonstrate best practice sales skills and maintain a professional manner at all times.
