Role Overview
As a Branch Customer Experience Champion, you will collaborate with your team and Branch Lead to support efficient business operations and daily branch activities in a compliant manner. You will develop your skills through participation in our Collaborative Customer Conversations program and ensure customer needs are met by promoting our Omni-Channel approach. You will familiarize yourself with the Bank's Customer Segmentation Strategy and engage in in-branch and local promotional activities to identify new business opportunities, increase customer acquisition, and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily operation of customer service within the branch.
* Provide excellent customer service and advice, enhancing the customer experience both over the phone and face-to-face.
* Handle customer queries professionally, effectively, and in compliance with regulations.
* Generate and execute sales from qualified leads to fulfillment, aligned with the Omni-Channel ethos and activity management system.
* Support sales campaigns, including post-sales fulfillment, administration, and follow-up tasks.
* Respond promptly and customer-centrically to leads from Open24 to maximize new business opportunities.
* Perform cash administration duties, including balancing and maintaining ATM/SSBM policies and procedures relevant to the branch.
Requirements
* QFA or APA in Loans and/or Savings & Investments, with current CPD hours for the relevant years. If no APA is held, or only one APA in Loans or S&I is held, the candidate must aim to qualify within two years for both.
* If no APA, the candidate must meet minimum entry requirements: holding an Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 in five subjects (including English and Maths), or have 5+ years of post-Leaving Certificate experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Proven sales, customer service, or clerical experience in a regulated environment (including MCC).
* Enjoys and is committed to working in a sales environment.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in Dungarvan.
