Some short-duration travel within Europe is expected, with occasional longer international travel (including Asia or America) as business needs require.Job ResponsibilitiesGeneralDevelop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teamsEnsure clear, effective, and professional communication at all levels within the organizationShare product, market, and competitor insights with colleagues and management to support informed decision-makingEnsure all activities comply with company procedures, standards, and policies, protecting and promoting the company's image and reputationProvide regular and accurate reports on activities, opportunities, risks, and issues as requiredCommercial & Business DevelopmentAchieve assigned revenue and growth targets across the EMEA regionContribute to the definition and delivery of regional business objectivesProvide structured monthly activity and pipeline reportsManage expenditure effectively in line with budget expectationsAct as a key contributor to the formulation and execution of business development strategiesImplement targeted strategies to drive partner-led revenue growthProvide commercial support and enablement to existing resellers to maximize performanceIdentify, recruit, and onboard new resellers, ensuring rapid and effective inductionMonitor partner and account performance against KPIs and targets, recommending and implementing corrective actions where requiredInitiate and execute specific marketing activities in collaboration with internal teamsCapture and communicate market intelligence, including customer and partner feedback on product requirements and competitive positioningQualificationsDegree or equivalent qualification in a manufacturing, engineering, or business-related discipline4–5+ years in a relevant commercial, partner, or account management roleStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, with an appreciation of CAD/CAMExperience managing indirect sales channels, resellers, or OEM partnershipsExcellent client relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skillsCommercial acumen, including pricing, financial understanding, and cost controlSelf-starter mindset with strong planning, organization, and execution skillsCompetence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC)Willingness to travel within Europe (short trips) and occasionally at a larger international level (Asia, America)English proficiency required; additional languages are a plusExperience or exposure to woodworking, construction, or manufacturing industries is highly desirableKnowledge of CAD/CAM software, CNC environments, or industrial production is a strong advantageThis is not intended to be a limiting or prescriptive job description and the post holder may be tasked with other duties/responsibilities from time to time in keeping with their skills, experience or to aid individual development.
