Project Cost Manager
We are currently seeking a Project Cost Manager to manage project costs, prepare budgets, evaluate tenders and oversee contracts and expenditures.
* Develop cost estimates, budgets, and project evaluations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Analyze tender submissions and manage procurement processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
* Monitor project progress, manage variations, and control costs to minimize delays and financial risks.
* Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or consultancy.
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with Irish construction regulations is advantageous.
