Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement LeadershipDevelop and implement a multi-country procurement strategy aligned with CCS's sustainability, cost-efficiency, and service delivery goals.Lead supplier segmentation and vetting processes, ensuring alignment with CCS's sustainability targets and operational standards.Drive innovation in procurement practices, including technology adoption and supplier performance tracking.Implement structured tracking and comparison of service costs across regions to inform strategic decisions and contract negotiations. Work with our Sales and Commercial teams in tendering processes.Buil long-term partnerships with suppliers, leveraging CCS's European footprint and operational excellence.Act as a strategic advisor to the Leadership team on all procurement matters.Collaborate with Finance and Operations to analyse subcontractor costs and benchmark against alternatives for cost-effectiveness.Transactional Procurement OversightEnforce the 'No PO, No Pay' policy across all departments, ensuring POs are in place before invoice submission to maintain financial control. Monitor and improve procurement of KPIs, including PO turnaround times, supplier vetting rates, and invoice accuracy.Ensure timely processing of requisitions and vendor onboarding, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with Finance, AP, and Operations teams to ensure procurement processes support business needs and service delivery.Engage with country managers and sites leads to understanding local procurement challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.Qualifications And SkillsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in procurement leadership, ideally within multi-site service or facilities management sectors.Strong understanding of PO systems, supplier vetting, and invoice workflows. Experience with procurement analytics and KPI development.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and compliance standards (e.g. Ecovadis).Desirable AttributesStrategic thinker with operational rigor.Comfortable navigating change and driving process improvements.Collaborative and proactive in cross-functional settings.
