About the role
8. Managing everything from material receipt and shipment to haulage partners and industrial relations.
9. Guiding the logistics team with safety and sustainability at the core.
10. Lead ERP (SAP) upgrade projects while maintaining continuity and efficiency in logistics operations.
11. Collaborating with Operations, Sales, Finance, and HR to drive alignment and deliver results across the business.
12. Driving efficiency and service excellence through lean practices and digital innovation
13. Develop and monitor KPIs covering safety, efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer service performance, continuously driving improvement.
Requirements
14. Demonstrated experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably within manufacturing or building materials.
15. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
16. Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of challenging established processes to drive improvement.
17. Proficient in MS Office and SAP (or equivalent systems); knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
18. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external partners.
