Automation Technician Position

* Maintain automation equipment for optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with documentation.
* Implement process improvements (cGMP compliant).
* Assist with equipment commissioning.
* Manage spare parts inventory.

* Travel for equipment support/training.

Requirements
* Level 6-8 HETAC qualification (Manufacturing Tech, Mechanical/Automation/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics).
* Qualified trades personnel with industrial experience are also considered.
* Automation/robotics experience (high volume).
* Medical device manufacturing experience (desirable).
* Experience with pneumatics, electronics, hydraulics, PLCs, servo motors, vision systems, ultrasonic welding, and machining (desirable).
* FAT, SAT, IOPQ experience (automated assembly).
