Job Overview:
The Networks and Economic Regulation division is seeking a Senior Analyst to assist in setting impactful policy for the reliable and cost-effective delivery of water, gas, and electricity network infrastructure across Ireland.
This role will involve working at the heart of water and energy regulatory policy setting, designing tariff structures, monitoring utility performance, and influencing multi-billion-euro national investment decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver projects within the energy and water sectors as delegated by the manager.
* Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analysis for sector-specific roles.
* Develop and lead presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage public consultations on regulatory policy issues.
* Maintain awareness of policy developments and best practices within the industry.
* Deal with internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner to further objectives.
Essential Requirements:
Candidates must have an honours degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a regulatory, legal, economic policy-making, financial, or technical analysis-related role.
