Your new role includes
* Leading and helping other team members in the production department to ensure production targets are met.
* Working across all areas of the meat processing plant.
* Performing daily visual inspections, quality checks as defined by departmental procedures and instructions.
* Compiling documentation and adhering to food safety standards.
* Making sure machines are working and organizing tasks like making, packing, and sorting products.
* Solving any problems or disagreements in the team and monitoring staff members’ work.
Experience you need
* Previous experience in a managerial/team lead role, ideally with in‑cold room environments.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations preferable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to stick to deadlines.
