About the position
* Develop and maintain the Group’s transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
* Drive process improvements and standardisation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
* Manage multiple transfer pricing projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑functional coordination.
* Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams on transfer pricing strategies.
* Maintain strong internal controls and manage transfer pricing risks.
* Support tax audits, disputes, and transfer pricing controversy matters.
About the person
* Manager or senior manager in transfer pricing within a professional services firm or large multinational corporate environment.
* Solid understanding of OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international tax principles.
* Experience in establishing and implementing transfer pricing policies.
* Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non tax specialists.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver complex transfer pricing projects.
