Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics and Procurement Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for processing purchase orders, setting up products, liaising with product coordinators/designers, coordinating shipping schedules, and updating shipping intake schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Purchase Orders
* Product Setup
* Liaise with Product Coordinators / Designers
* Coordinate Shipping Schedules and Deliveries
* Liaise with Shipping Agents / Forwarders
* Update Shipping Intake Schedules
* Cost Valuation
* Answer Phone Calls and Perform Ad-Hoc Tasks
Requirements:
* Experience of Using ERP Systems
* Able to Work on Own Initiative and Demonstrate a Can-Do Attitude
* Good Interpersonal Skills and High Level of Customer Service
* Previous Experience in Shipments/Imports/Exports an Advantage
* Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, Particularly Excel Reporting
* Strong Numerical Skills / Attention to Detail
* Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines
* Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
* Flexible and Adaptable
