About the Role
This position involves providing a Front of House service to our office, including answering the main door, conducting safety briefings, and managing local badging activations. You will also be responsible for collecting and sorting mail, managing conference facilities, and coordinating meetings.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff
* Manage reception operations, including answering phone calls and reporting building issues
* Conduct Visitor Pre-screening checks and manage local badging activations
* Collect and sort mail, including franking outgoing post
* Manage conference facilities and coordinate meetings
* Support site focal in other locally required duties when available
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills to work within a corporate environment
* Ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
* Professional and friendly demeanor is essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software packages
* Previous experience as a receptionist is essential
