Key duties & responsibilities:
* Support the full recruitment cycle & onboarding of new employees
* Oversee disciplinaries, grievances & performance reviews
* Maintain policies & procedures
* Issue contracts and maintain personnel files, HR documentation & training records
* Manage absenteeism records, rosters & HR reporting
* Ensure compliance, GDPR, health & safety, internal policies
* Promote learning, development, social events & recognition programmes
What are we looking for?
* Must have 3+ years experience in a HR Generalist role
* HR qualification
* Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law – essential
* Experience with disciplinaries, grievances & investigations
* Full recruitment cycle & employee onboarding
* HR systems
* Issuing of contracts
* Strong communication & people skills
