Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of children and families, developing care plans and coordinating services
* Conduct initial assessments and refer cases to appropriate services or supports
* Provide emotional and practical support to children, parents, and guardians
* Assess risk, investigate concerns, and intervene to protect children from harm or neglect
* Work with professionals like teachers, doctors, and psychologists to ensure holistic care
* Participate in prevention and health promotion activities within local communities
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and care plans in line with legal and agency standards
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
* CORU Registration is mandatory
* Must be a resident in Ireland and have the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
