We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team. As a Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and supporting sales activities across Ireland. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to meet national private client/Live-in client revenue, conversion and value targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Agent Model Development: Develop and support a sales agent model in Ireland that drives business growth and revenue.
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit and onboard new sales agents as required to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
* Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for sales agents to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of sales agents to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
* Business Acumen: Possess excellent business acumen and understanding of the sales industry.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire sales agents.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
