Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support:
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for solicitors
* Prepare and format legal documents, letters, and reports
* Maintain and update client files (physical and digital)
* Handle filing with the Courts and other legal bodies
* Client Interaction:
* Greet clients and visitors professionally
* Assist with client onboarding and documentation
* Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in all client communications
* Office Management:
* Order and manage office supplies
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers
* Assist with billing and invoicing using legal accounting software
* Compliance & Records:
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and legal practice regulations
* Maintain accurate records and archiving systems

Requirements
* Proven experience in a legal or professional services environment
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems
* Familiarity with Irish legal procedures and terminology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

* Experience in family law or litigation

Pay: €28,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
