Job Title: Urgent Care Administrator
Role Description:
The successful candidate will provide an exceptional level of service to patients and customers attending the clinic. Key responsibilities include managing all communications in a respectful and courteous manner, ensuring patient information is entered accurately and computerized patient files are updated and secured accordingly.
Organisational Responsibilities:
Organise and book patient appointments & advise of costs in relation to the range of VHI Healthcare policies. Provide support to cross-functional team members, maintain the smooth running of the Reception area, and assist the Clinic Manager as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
* Demonstrated capability in a customer-facing environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills - Microsoft Office
