The Role:
Designing, developing, and deploying robust features within a large-scale financial technology platform
Introducing scalable cloud-native solutions
Using AI-assisted development tools and automation to improve engineering efficiency
Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams across the delivery lifecycle
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers while progressing toward senior technical responsibilities
Skills / Experience Required:
5+ years of commercial experience developing applications with C# and .
NET
Strong experience working with cloud platforms, ideally AWS
Solid understanding of SQL, database optimisation, and relational data modelling
Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery environments
Exposure to event-driven or message-based architectures using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
Frontend development experience is advantageous, particularly with React
