Responsibilities
* Prepare and present compliance reports for senior management and the board, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
* Carry out compliance risk assessments, ensuring significant risks are identified and escalated.
* Assist in the delivery of the annual Compliance Programme.
* Monitor business activities and service providers through regular and targeted compliance reviews.
Key Skills Required
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a compliance role within retail banking, mortgages or lending.
* A good working knowledge of all relevant legislation.
