Key Duties
* Financial Planning and Reporting
* Prepare and review financial statements under FRS 102 and IFRS/UK GAAP if applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Oversee the preparation of management accounts, audit files, CRO returns, income tax, and corporation tax returns, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
* Provide timely feedback to junior staff, reviewing their work and offering guidance to improve performance.
* Support managers and partners in delivering complex assignments, collaborating to achieve project goals.
* Liaise with clients on onboarding, day-to-day queries, and relationship management, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
About You
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting practice, ideally with a focus on leadership development.
* A recognized qualification such as CPA/ACCA/ACA accountant, demonstrating expertise in accounting principles.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, providing a solid foundation for career advancement.
