Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated In-House Recruiter / HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support wider HR functions such as onboarding and employee employee engagement and play an active role in employer branding and internal mobility initiatives This is a dynamic role suited to someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and a desire to contribute to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
* Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and define job requirements.
* Write, post, and manage job adverts across platforms and ensure a diverse candidate pipeline.
* Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
* Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
HR Support:
* Assist in the onboarding and induction of new hires.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention programs.
* Assist with policy updates and ensure HR compliance with employment law and internal procedures.
* Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence to promote employer brand and attract talent.
* Collaborate with marketing or communications teams to create engaging recruitment content.
Internal Mobility:
* Work closely with the wider group/HR teams to support internal recruitment and mobility initiatives.
* Promote internal job opportunities and assist employees in career development pathways.
* Track and report on internal applications and transitions.
