They are working on a power generation / energy project.Roles:X4 Electro-Mechanical FittersRate:€30-€50 per hour (depending on experience)Location:Republic of Ireland (EU)Expenses:Accommodation & Transport costs covered by clientProject:HV Substation - Power GenerationDuration:1 yearHours:40 per week (Monday-Friday)Start date:ASAPKey requirements:Strong mechanical installation background in HV substations, including steelwork, cable containment, welding, and earthing systems.Proven experience assembling and aligning high‑voltage primary equipment such as transformers, breakers, isolators, and busbars.Hands‑on capability with rotating electrical machinery, ideally including hydro turbines or synchronous condensers.Relevant engineering degree or trade certification, plus 3–5 years' verifiable experience and solid CAD/schematic reading skills.Valid driving licence, B2‑level English, and a strong commitment to HSEQ compliance and safe working practices.If this role may be of interest, please send your updated CV across to
