A busy factory in Naas are currently seeking a Hygiene supervisor to lead a team of hygiene operators in achieving their daily targets, yields and efficiencies through effective cleaning / handover of the factory You must have experience in a hygiene role within manufacturing or productionHours of work 9pm - 5:30am (some flexibility for team rotation)Duties include;Plan and co-ordinate daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules to ensure full complianceHave the factory Audit Ready at all timesDelegate tasks to hygiene team according to skills/training matrixClean production equipment and facilitiesEnsure all Cleaning Instruction Cards & Standard Operating Procedures are followedHighlight training needs to Hygiene ManagerTrain individuals as requiredTrain the team to correct standards as per proceduresUse chemical agents as directed by the Manager in the discharge of cleaning operations after receiving proper instructions and trainingCarry out special projectsBe flexible in terms of any other cleaning duties as directed by ManagerNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsWork closely with Production Supervisor in planning activitiesEnsure all staff work in a safe manner, proactively highlighting potential risksFollow all health and safety regulationsConduct weekly inventory of chemicals and PPEInduct new members into teamPlan and maintain roster on weekly basisCheck and maintain chemical strengthsThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual with supervisory experience / experience working within a hygiene department too join and develop a growing team within a large established organisation
