Are you ready to inspire brands and agencies through one of the world's most creative advertising platforms? We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join the Pinterest project in Barcelona. This is your chance to work at the intersection of creativity and data, helping Dutch media agencies unlock the full potential of visual discovery.
The Mission
Agency Partnership: Manage and scale a portfolio of Dutch media and creative agencies, acting as their primary strategic advisor for Pinterest Ads.
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process—from proactive outbound prospecting to identifying and closing high-impact deals with new agency partners.
Strategic Consulting: Pitch tailored visual advertising solutions (Video, Shopping, and Performance Ads) that align with brand goals and drive measurable results.
Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing campaign performance and keeping agencies ahead of market trends.
Requirements
Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, digital ad sales, or agency account management.
Skills: Strong outbound "hunter" mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem (Google Ads, Meta, or Pinterest Ads is a major plus).
