Sales – Insurance Advisor Role Overview
The primary function of this role involves obtaining sales within personal lines and commercial business sides while providing high customer service standards.
* Prospecting and up-selling our range of products, setting up new client accounts.
* Handling customer queries and referring unresolved or technical issues to relevant departments.
* Completing required industry qualifications and continuing professional development hours as needed.
* Being flexible and participating in various office tasks.
* Revisiting and revising follow-ups to identify sales opportunities and improve cover/rate offerings, as needed.
For success in this position, candidates should possess APA or CIP qualification, completion of continuing professional development in line with Minimum Competency requirements, sales and customer service experience, previous insurance/financial services experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive to work within the insurance industry.
