Operations Manager
on behalf of a well-established healthcare organisation that is launching a new homecare division. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in setting up and leading a new service, shaping its operations, systems, and standards from day one.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, compliance, and staff management. The successful candidate will ensure that person-centred care is provided safely and effectively in full compliance with HIQA, HSE, and all relevant legislation. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who thrives on building structure, driving quality, and making a meaningful impact from the outset.

include:
* Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, person-centred homecare services.
* Lead, mentor, and support managers and care coordinators
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards.
* Manage audits, incident reporting, and inspection preparation.
* Build strong relationships with HSE care managers, clients, and families.
* Drive quality improvement and operational excellence within the new homecare function.
What you need to be considered for this
Homecare Operations Manager
job:
* Registered General Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* The ability to build and develop a service from the ground up
* 3 + years' experience in a similar role
