We are hiring Multilingual Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers to join one of the globe's most renowned and innovative technology companies
The Job
As a Software QA Engineer, you'll test and validate software, hardware, documentation and more, ensuring top-tier user experiences for global markets.
Your tasks will include:
6. Performing manual localisation testing in your native language on software and hardware interfaces
7. Reporting issues using internal tools and following bugs to resolution
8. Collaborating with international QA teams, engineers, linguists, and PMs
9. Designing, implementing, and maintaining test cases (manual & automated)
10. Perform manual localisation testing on software, print documents, help and hardware items
11. Reporting issues found by using internal tools, providing pertinent information and suggestions and following the solution process to its completion
12. Analysing international functionality issues
13. Working cross-functional with international software QA centers, engineering teams, translators and project managers in an effort to ensure delivery of world-class products to international markets
14. Identifying areas of improvement in existing tools and processes, and addressing issues with innovative solutions.
Candidate Skills & Experience
15. Fluency in ONE of the following languages: Spanish, Finnish, Hungarian, Slovenian, Ukrainian
16. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Linguistics, or equivalent experience
17. Knowledge of software localization and internationalization
18. Exceptional attention to detail
19. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
20. Self-motivated, rapid learner, and exceptional team player
21. Localisation Quality Assurance experience preferred but not essential
22. Expert software power users (Pro Apps, multimedia, productivity)experience preferred but not essential
23. Real-world software engineering experience preferred but not essential
24. Software test automation experience preferred but not essential
25. Project management experience preferred but not essential
Salary & Benefits
€42,000 annual salary (pro rata for 6 months). Benefits include:
