We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, providing mentorship and leadership, supervision, appraisals, monthly team meetings. They will also coordinate appointments with multi-disciplinary teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
* To provide person-centred care plans that promote residents' well-being and independence
* To manage budgets effectively while ensuring quality service delivery
* To build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a relevant qualification in health or social care management (e.g., QQI Level 7 Degree) along with minimum three years of experience in senior roles within Health or Social Care sectors. The individual must possess excellent leadership skills including mentoring others. A degree from another discipline may still make you eligible but related sector experience it's mandatory inorder succeeding
