Job Title: Clubhouse Manager About the Role: The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the clubhouse and pitches are maintained to a high standard. This involves developing and maintaining these areas, providing excellent customer service, and working effectively as part of our team. ----------------------------------- Key Responsibilities:, * Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clubhouse and pitches., * Developing plans for improving facilities with input from staff members, users, or other stakeholders., * Providing first-class customer service by being friendly welcoming responsive supportive professional in all interactions relating directly indirectly involving clients external partners internal colleagues existing customers new prospects alike every day working hours non-working time whenever interacting on-site via phone email social media etc. You don't need prior experience but accredited training will be provided if you're selected.
