Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an equipment spare parts management system in collaboration with the maintenance team.
* Sourcing and identifying equipment spare parts with appropriate vendors.
* Collaborating with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
* Reviewing current PM tasks and schedules in line with equipment downtime trends to identify and implement changes to improve equipment uptime.
* Implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
* Completing site change management activities for the modification of equipment.
* Supporting cross-functional in-house and external project teams ensure there is a strong safety culture and performance in the execution of activities.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
* Experience in a technical role.
* Experience in packaging equipment is an advantage.
* Experience in working in cross-functional teams and in a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Understanding of environmental, health, and safety requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of the principles of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* At least two years of engineering experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
