They are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over
430 MW
of IT load in flight.
We are now on the lookout for a
Maintenance Engineer
for a full time permanent position based on site in Ballymount, Dublin 22. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of the data centre infrastructure.

Requirements
* Oversee Suppliers and Service Providers activities ensuring they meet contracted obligations in a safe, effective and efficient manner and seek opportunities for improvement.
* Assist with the preparation and control of department and facility related operational budgets.
* Be available as part of after-hours Facilities Emergency Contact rota.
* Acts as go-to person in relation to all facilities/project/fit out/crisis management activities on site ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocks
* Develops a close working relationship with client key stakeholders and all facilities management vendors to ensure that they fully understand the client culture and become partners in delivering a high-quality service
* Has ability to address minor technical repairs and is first point of contact relating to all building issues including out of hours escalations
* Point of contact for client to log issues
* Monitor PPM schedules, O&M's, warranties, Task System, Asset & Life Cycle Registers
* Responsible for Health & Safety during events, including contractor supervision, reviewing of H&S documentation
* Facilities Management, Property Management, Construction Management or similar qualification desired, but not required.
* Trades background with previous experience of working within a facilities/ maintenance/ property/ construction management environment is an advantage.
