Overview
We are working with a well-established energy consultancy that delivers end-to-end energy management services across private sector, public sector, and local authority clients.
Due to continued growth in Ireland and internationally, they are seeking a Data Input & Reporting Analyst to join a small, high-performing team in South Dublin.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a growing business, has strong commercial awareness, and combines data, technology, and communication skills. You'll play a key role in analysing energy data, supporting client decision-making, and improving internal systems and reporting.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working independently, and capable of delivering high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years' experience in a data, reporting, or analytical role
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to meet deadlines, including at short notice
* Degree Qualified
Technology
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and integrated business applications
* Strong data analysis skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to generate reports for board level
* Ability to learn and work with third-party energy management platforms and data systems
Commercial & Communication
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
* Ability to identify and report trends and opportunities
* Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Comfortable engaging with clients, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
