Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries efficiently, using hotel systems to manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations.
* Support the front office team with day-to-day operations and delegation of tasks, maintaining high standards of professionalism and presentation.
* Assist in the smooth running of reception during early and late shifts, including weekends, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or front office role within a hotel environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a professional approach.
* Valid work permits with documentation are essential, along with excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills.
* Previous experience with CRM systems, such as Picasso, is highly desirable, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns (early and late) is required, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
