Customer Account Specialist (CAS)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Specialist to partner with our Sales Team on ADI's most strategic accounts. This role will provide White Glove Service to our Global Customers.
The successful candidate will proactively manage all aspects of assigned customers' demand streams with ADI, including sales support, customer interface, pricing and contracts, sales forecasting, supply and demand optimization, and project management.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage revenue, backlog, forecasts, and performance to plan.
* Understand customer programs that drive revenue and ensure alignment of backend systems to support anticipated demand.
* Collaborate closely with Global Ops, Planning, and the Sales Team on a day-to-day basis.
* Act as a point of escalation for both internal and external customers.
* Provide input to help resolve problems and/or achieve goals.
* Work pro-actively to be in front of situations and notify appropriate teams ahead of issues as well as providing solutions to problems.
* Lead customer meetings via phone, virtually, and in person.
* Manage all pricing needs of customers, including quotations, pricing contracts, and coordination worldwide.
* Represent ADI at the highest level as a strategic partner with Sales.
