LAYA Health & Wellbeing Clinics are looking to expand their reception team in Little Island, Cork. We are recruiting for Bank Administration staff. Hours are not guaranteed. The suitable candidates should preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Medical or Customer Service environment. They should enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.Job Duties:Reporting to the Site Manager, the Medical Receptionist duties include:· Welcoming and registering patients on to the patient management system· Ensuring a swift journey for the patients attending the clinic· Answering a high volume of phone calls and transferring as necessary· Managing the group email inbox· Assisting with some radiology admin duties· Scheduling and confirming appointments· Communicating with GP's as necessaryFinancial Duties:· Collecting payments· Submitting LAYA Insurance claimsExperience:· Medical Receptionist 2 years (Preferred)· Customer Service 2 years (Preferred)· IT skills- Electronic patient records, Microsoft teams, Word, Excel (Preferred)· Strong Communication Skills (Telephone, Email, Face to Face)Location:· Little Island, CorkJob Type: Part-timePay: €16.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Little Island, CO.
