Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture:
* Develop and maintain enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF methodology)
* Define business, application, data, and technology architecture layers
* Lead application portfolio rationalization target applications)
* Create and maintain architecture artifacts: capability maps, system landscapes, integration views
* Establish technology standards catalogue (approved tools, versions, patterns)
Architecture Governance:
* Chair Architecture Review Board (ARB) – monthly governance meetings
* Review and approve all technology proposals and design decisions
* Manage technology debt tracking, prioritization, and remediation
* Define build vs. buy decision frameworks
Strategic Technology Planning:
* Develop 3–5-year technology roadmap aligned with €250M growth targets
* Guide GeoPal migration and workforce management system selection
* Architect Azure Data Factory integration layer (medallion pattern)
* Partner with business units to translate business capabilities into technology solutions
About the role
Due to continued and exciting growth within TLI Group, we are delighted to announce that we have an opening for an Enterprise Architect.
This is a full-time permanent role. The role will be based in Tralee, on a hybrid working mode (3 days on-site)

Qualifications and Skills
* 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience in mid-market or enterprise organizations
* TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent EA framework certification (required)
* Strong experience with utility, infrastructure, or field service industries preferred
* Deep expertise in application portfolio management and system modernization
* Understanding of integration patterns, API strategies, cloud architectures (Azure preferred)
* Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), GIS platforms, workforce management
* Excellent stakeholder management – ability to influence without authority
