Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure business success and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* 15 years' industry experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, legal terminology, and project management principles.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
