Restaurant Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor who will work within our Restaurant Department at The Europe Hotel & Resort. As part of the Restaurant team, you will be operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to train and manage new staff members. Duties:
* Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
* Must be a team player with the ability to multi task
* To anticipate guest's wants and needs
* To act upon any customer complaints in an efficient manner and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
* To have strong product knowledge of all dishes served
* To abide by a flexible work schedule
* To ensure sufficient staffing levels in order to deliver exceptional customer service
* Must be able to act as a self-starter and clearly understand the work priorities
* Responsible for training and supervising staff
* Planning activities that occur within the Restaurant
* Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Must have:
* Previous experience as a food and beverage supervisor or restaurant supervisor within the 5* luxury market essential
* Attention to detail and a strong desire to exceed all our guests' expectations
* Excellent personal presentation
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Excellent communications skills both oral and written
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Experience with Hotel Software and Computer proficient
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Ability to work as part of a dedicated team
* Resilience and drive to get things right first time
* Excellent command of in English languaage both verbal and written
