Our client, located in Naas, Co.Kildare is looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team.
Initial contract role with view to permanency.
Office Management & AdministrationOversee and complete general administrative duties.Coordinate day-to-day office procedures.Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.Organise meetings and maintain databases.Book transport and accommodation for staff as required.Ensure health and safety policies are up to date and followed.Use a range of software packages to support office functions.Team Supervision & SupportSupervise and monitor the work of administrative staff within the team.Foster a positive, friendly, and productive work environment.Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.Liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients.Attend meetings with senior management when required.The PersonSkills & Experience We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in office management, demonstrating the ability to run efficient day-to-day operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing administrative processes, coordinating office logistics, and supporting teams across various departments.If you have strong office management experience, managing people, and are available for a contract role, please send us your CV today through the link.
