Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets
2. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CORPORATE CLIENTS, KEY ACCOUNTS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
3. Manage and grow the customer and contact database across multiple market segments
4. Prepare tailored proposals and campaigns to attract new business and strengthen existing client relationships
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and target setting
6. Collaborate with the wider management team to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
7. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results and professional development
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a senior sales and marketing role within a luxury hotel or resort environment
* Third-level qualification in business, marketing, or a related field
* Experience within global and US markets
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyse market trends and implement effective action plans
