OR Contract Option: €375 – €400 per dayA leading specialist contractor in the cleanroom and controlled environments sector is seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to join a major project in Limerick.This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical developments, supporting the delivery of critical cleanroom construction works to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities* Lead QA/QC activities across cleanroom and controlled environment works* Ensure compliance with project quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures* Carry out inspections and audits of workmanship and materials on site* Manage snagging, punch lists, and close-out documentation* Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client teams to meet handover milestones* Review and approve subcontractor quality documentation and submissions* Support resolution of NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives* Maintain high standards of reporting and quality record keeping* Promote a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture on siteRequirements* Proven QA/QC experience within cleanrooms, pharma, data centres, or mission-critical construction* Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and construction documentation* Experience managing subcontractors and working within multidisciplinary site teams* Excellent attention to detail xsokbrc and ability to drive quality standards* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Relevant trade, engineering, or construction qualification preferredPackage & Benefits* Competitive salary (€65 K–€70 K) or daily rate (€300–€375/day)* Company car included* Strong benefits package* Long-term pipeline of major Life Sciences projects* Career progression within a growing specialist contractor
