Key Responsibilities:

* Support Line Managers and other HR team members with employee relations issues such as grievances, investigations, and disciplinary hearings.

* Manage and deliver payroll activities at Phoenix in a timely, accurate, and methodical manner.

* Assist the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Person Specification:
">
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual who holds a degree in a relevant HR field or CIPD qualification. You should have Associate level CIPD (Level 5 or above) and 5+ years' experience in an HR generalist position across the full HR lifecycle.
