Role Description
This is a part-time, commissions based role in Dublin for a Repair Technician. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, performing maintenance on equipment, handling customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction, and troubleshooting hardware issues for a variety of devices including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and watches. The technician will also be expected to work with precision and maintain a strong focus on quality and service delivery.
Qualifications
* Experience in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance
* Experience and knowledge building Custom PC's and working with parts.
* Minimum 2+ years experience of working with hardware, computing, or education in relevant field.
* Strong skills in Troubleshooting hardware and technical issues
* Proficiency in Communication and a customer-focused approach to ensure Customer Satisfaction
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
* Background in Electronics, IT or Hardware Repair is highly desirable.
* Technical certifications or education is a plus but not essential.
* Clean Driving License Essential
* Able to travel according to job commissions.
* This job would also be suitable to students knowledgeable with device repairs.
