Commercial Education Lead - Trauma and Extremities
Our team requires a skilled professional to design, develop and deliver impactful education programs for commercial teams across Europe.
* Educate surgeons, product managers, sales leaders and marketing partners on procedural technical and commercial excellence.
* Collaborate with internal medical teams and external experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to co-create and deliver training programs.
About the Role
This is a leadership position that involves strategic planning, program development and execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in education and training and knowledge of the medical industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and delivering education programs that meet the needs of our commercial teams. This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders and external experts to ensure that the content is accurate relevant and engaging.
