As we scale our cherished brand, we are looking for a highly creative individual whose digital work is as beautiful, engaging, and heartfelt as the chocolates we create.
The Role: Curator of Our Digital Heart (Part-Time, On-Site)
This is a vital, part-time, on-site role.
You will not just manage content; you will be the
Voice and Visual Curator
of the Grá Chocolates story across all social and digital platforms.
Your mission is to translate the artistry and luxury of our physical product into a vibrant, engaging, and utterly consistent online presence.
This role requires a keen eye for beauty, a writer's heart, and a social media mind.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation: Capturing the Craftsmanship
High-Quality Content:
Conceptualise, style, film, photograph, and edit exquisite original content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories) that showcases the artistry and luxury of our chocolates and the passion behind our craft.
Copywriting:
Develop compelling, emotionally resonant captions and copy for all social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates, ensuring the
Grá Chocolates luxury voice
shines through.
Campaign Execution:
Execute the planned content calendar and campaigns, ensuring every post reinforces brand consistency and aligns perfectly with product launches and the commercial strategy.
Asset Management:
Systematically maintain and curate a comprehensive library of digital assets, ensuring the visual standard is consistently premium.
2. Community Management: Nurturing Our Tribe
Daily Engagement:
Monitor all channels with genuine warmth, responding promptly and personally to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive, active, and deeply connected online community.
Follower Relationships:
Actively engage with our followers, fostering relationships that reflect the personal, artisanal nature of the Grá brand.
Collaboration:
Actively seek out and celebrate user-generated content (UGC).
Assist in identifying and coordinating small-scale collaborations with micro-influencers whose values align with our commitment to quality.
Reporting:
Track and report on key engagement metrics, providing the Brand & Growth Manager with insights into the heart and performance of our community.
3. Platform Expertise: The Digital Alchemist
Platform Mastery:
Maintain an expert knowledge of all evolving social media trends, algorithm nuances, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Web Support:
Assist with routine updates and content changes on our website (e.g., updating images, adding engaging blog posts, verifying product listing descriptions).
Required Skills, Experience & Heart
Experience:
Proven minimum of 2 years in a dedicated Content Creation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing role, preferably within a
premium, luxury, or high-end artisan food/beverage
environment.
Visual Proficiency:
Expert proficiency in capturing and editing high-quality visual content using mobile devices and standard editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
Digital Fluency:
A deep, intuitive understanding of all major social media platforms and a proven ability to drive organic, meaningful engagement.
Communication:
Exceptional written communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and commitment to flawless execution.
Organisation:
Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a flexible schedule and deadlines independently while working effectively on-site with the team.
