**Job Opportunity:** Assistant Manager Role
As a key member of our store leadership team, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall experience for both our team members and guests. * Leadership and Team Management:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for creating and sustaining a positive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication among team members. This includes:
* Developing and implementing strategies to engage and motivate team members, ensuring their growth and development align with company goals.
* Providing coaching, mentoring, and career guidance to team members, addressing performance concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and managing the performance of team members, ensuring a strong and diverse workforce.
* Collaborating with Store Managers to plan and execute effective scheduling, labor allocation, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Experience:
o Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
o Assess guest needs, provide product education, and facilitate in-store transactions, omnichannel programs, and other initiatives.
* Operations:
o Implement Store Manager's vision, driving salesfloor leadership and managing store operations effectively.
o Manage store budgets, labor hours, expenses, and profit/loss statements, working closely with Store Managers to inform planning processes.
* People Management:
o Lead and develop team members, empowering them to grow professionally and personally.
o Address performance concerns, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
